How Upflow by Flowistic handles information during the private beta. Last updated 12 August 2026.

Information we handle

Depending on the features you use, Upflow may handle account and profile details; plans, tasks, routines and reflections; project, client, time, rate, revenue and invoice information; contacts, notes, documents, attachments and learning records; optional connected Google or Microsoft account and calendar data; beta application details; and technical usage, error and performance data.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, provide the workspace and integrations you choose, operate beta access, send transactional messages, diagnose errors, monitor reliability, improve the beta and protect the service.

Analytics and monitoring

Optional PostHog product analytics runs only after you allow it in the browser. Events use a fixed property allowlist and exclude names, email addresses, client and work content, billing content, and URL query parameters. PostHog session recording is disabled. Sentry supports error and performance monitoring using an application account identifier; request query strings and direct account details are excluded, and session replay is disabled.

Your choice

Product analytics preference

Optional product analytics help us understand which workflows are used. Choosing “Keep analytics off” does not limit your beta access or product features.

Current choice: not set. Analytics stays off until you allow it.

Service providers

Configured services may include Supabase for authentication, database and private file storage; Vercel for hosting; PostHog for optional product analytics; Sentry for error and performance monitoring; Resend for transactional email; Microsoft Teams for internal beta-application notifications; and Google or Microsoft for optional connected-account features.

Your controls

Settings currently supports exports for tasks, timesheets and a partial JSON backup, account deletion, and disconnecting Google or Microsoft accounts. The JSON backup does not yet include every product data category.

Retention

We keep information while needed to operate the private beta, meet legitimate operational or legal needs, and resolve support or security issues. Category-specific retention periods are being defined before wider release.
